HUGE congrats to @tbt_soccertraining athlete @mfray99 on a history-making season as she led @utsawsoc to their first C-USA conference championship this past season!
Marlee had two goals in the championship final—including the game-winner in OT—and was a member of the Conference USA All-Tournament Team!
Our training block with Marlee this summer included a specific focus on helping her return to form from a knee injury and improve her lower body mobility and explosivity, core stability, and aerobic/anaerobic base levels of match fitness.
Needless to say…Hard work pays off! 👏🏼👏🏼
