One-on-One private training. Customized, high intensity, training sessions. Custom designed for each individual player based on his/her Personal Player Development Plan. Emphasis on plyometrics, strength & speed building, explosiveness, reaction time, foot skills & situational awareness. Train the body & train the brain.

SMALL GROUP
TRAINING SESSIONS

3-6 player training group. Come and train with players of your age and skill level. Quick passing combinations. leadership, communication. Develop speed, agility & explosiveness. Apply new foot skills & passing combinations. Small group sessions allow a high focus and attention from the coaches while providing competition with a group/teammate.
